add latest models from douabo

Add new models and update existing ones in doubao.ts with new configurations and change the default model ID.

• Models:
  • Add new models doubao-seed-code-preview-251028, deepseek-v3-2-251201, and kimi-k2-thinking-251104 with specific attributes and pricing.
  • Update existing models doubao-seed-1-8-251228, doubao-seed-1-6-251015, doubao-seed-1-6-lite-251015, and doubao-seed-1-6-flash-250828 with new configurations.
• Defaults:
  • Change doubaoDefaultModelId to doubao-seed-1-8-251228 in doubao.ts.
