Changes / Description

Brand new sheet for the Spanish version of the ESTIRPE ruleset, freely available as a System-Reference-Document (DRS in Spanish) on DriveThruRPG.
This is the generic version of the system used in other commercially published games, such as ESTIRPE DE DUNWICH (https://shadowlands.es/categoria-producto/estirpe-de-dunwich/) and EL REY DEL INVIERNO (https://shadowlands.es/el-rey-del-invierno-copia-digital-pdf.html).

Hello @shadowlandsgames!

This PR looks good to merge however we are requesting that you rename the folder to not use any special characters. We cannot support special characters in folder names at this time and it will cause issues if we try to merge the sheet now. Once the folder name is updated, we can move forward with publishing your sheet.
