- Remove all .backup/ files from git tracking (18 files) - Add .backup/ to .gitignore to prevent future tracking - Add .backup to IGNORE_DIRS in sync.sh to prevent syncing - Create comprehensive documentation for sync.sh in docs/sync.sh.md
