Hosted Payment for Shopify Guide

NOTE: if nothing happened after logging in to shopify account, try manually entering the following URL 
in the address bar

Getting Started

  • Open the installation URL above, your page will be redirected to a login page to authorize the installation of the Hosted Payment for Shopify.

  • After login, you will be redirected to the installation page. Click on the Install payment provider

  • Then navigate to Settings --> Payment providers, under box Alternative payment methods --> Choose alternative payment, you will see Razer Merchant Services Hosted Payment, fill in the Merchant ID and verify Key provided by Razer Merchant Services.

  • Click Activate Razer Merchant Services Hosted Payment.

Making Payment

  • Proceed with the checkout, you will see payment gateway selection, select Razer Merchant Services then click the Complete Order.

Troubleshooting

  • Error when checkout:

There was a problem with the payment service. Please select a different payment method or try again later.

Solution

Remove existing Razer Merchant Services payment option and follow this guide again until Razer Merchant Services Hosted Payment appear.
