User will be prompted to select a directory containing workout files.
Tags Zwift workouts with a group ID in the form [i], where i is an integer, or [i-j] where the workout is in a file hierarchy.
This indicates the group (directory) they belong to.
The purpose of the ID is to facilitate workout filtering in Golden Cheetah and other training software.
The file directory and name is also prefixed to the description field.
