The previous Discord badge from dcbadge.vercel.app was unreliable and often failed to render. Replaced it with a shields.io badge for consistent styling and better visibility.
This commit replaces the outdated and often broken Discord badge sourced from dcbadge.vercel.app with a more reliable shields.io badge. The new badge uses `style=social` for consistent styling alongside the Twitter badge, ensuring a cleaner and more professional README presentation. No functional or configuration changes are included in this commit; documentation-only update.
