Description of the Changes
In this pull request I have started or already finished the issues [#126] and [#102]. Issue [#126] worked without problems in my dev tests. All database entries were entered without any problems and Progen always sent the embed reliably. Issue [#102] is not yet finished. I started with small parts, but mainly wrote on the database.

In my opinion, the command perhaps needs to be tested a bit more.
