Did you intend to delete the contract rules page, or am I misreading this PR? |

Yeah looks like it was removed in this commit if you can revert that and re-push it will trigger a Vercel rebuild which should make the deploy preview work and the entire page easier to read |

Added text to split the inbound call flow based on the presence/absence of our buyer persona with an eye towards improving customer experience.
Used this flow chart to inform text.
Opted not to put the flow chart in as a visual due to page length, but open to feedback on whether it belongs.
