Changes

• create_figure.py: Added --fontsize, --height, --width and --legend options.
• create_figure.py: Repositioned legend for consistency (moved to bottom right) and removed its frame.
• run_ID16S.pl: Added plot options.
• run_ID16S.pl: Now generates a log file (ID16S.log)
• run_ID16S.pl: Added --replot options => skips everything but plots (useful to replot/tweak figures)
