Add components for more advanced notation

Adds support for multiple lines per score, curves across and within systems, and inferring clef and time signature from the previous measure. Also sets up Karma testing and adds tests for the components.

To support multiple lines/systems in a score, vf-score loops over all the slotted child vf-systems, and determines their x and y coordinates and their width.
