Add industrial heat production

This PR adds industrial heat data as found in CaCoCa. Other techno-economic data from CaCoCa will be added in a separate PR.

Before this can be merged, the following points have to be adressed:

• Propper english name of technology.
• Check if +-5% Dampfkessel options should be kept (I assume it stands for manually adjusted efficiencies and should therefore not be in POSTED)
• Add/replace: propper source column with detailed source added to sources.bib.
• Correct source comment with details on where in the source the number was found.
• Add/replace: more descriptive comment.
• Test if everything works as expected.

I noticed the main branch history was recently updated, which caused some merge conflicts here. I've successfully rebased my commits onto the new main and force-pushed to sync everything up.
