1. For Trigger migration we need to migrate all dependencies also? for now i have enabled function migration so that triggers can work, other dependencies can be custom types

2. Should PeerDB support CDC for indexes, functions, and triggers, like it does for table columns?"

The PR enables Migration of schema along with index, functions and triggers
Triggers can depend on function ( other things also but for now only function dependency has been taken care of),
automatically resolves dependencies and migrates the triggers correctly
