We should really have a LICENSE file here. Personally I'm okay with BSD 3-Clause clause or cc-by-4.0 (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0). The Trademark restrictions of the CC-BY-4.0 may be an issue which is why I went with the BSD 3-Clause
