Claude Desktop showed a generic placeholder for this extension because the manifest declared no icon. Add the 512x512 Nutrient logo (same asset as nutrient-pdf-editor-mcp), reference it via the manifest icon field, and stage it into the bundle in build-mcpb.mjs.
A higher manifest version is required for Claude Desktop to offer the updated bundle (with the new extension icon) to existing installs.
