Description of Changes
Been a while since the last macOS Qt update, since we were trying to avoid dropping support for older macOS versions.
Turns out it's not that hard to patch newer Qt to support our full range of supported macOS versions.
Also includes a few improvements to the universal build script.

I've confirmed this does in fact run (at least to the bios) on macOS 11.
