Bug fixes and updated installer.

There were couple of anoying bugs that I disliked in my day to day usage. Also I've udpated the installer slightly. Its dragable and always downloads latest release of codecs.

Development paused

Video player slightly edited, now supports ripping subtitle files from the video container, but only if there is only 1 subtitle file. I'm not working on anything new since I have other things to work (multiplaform server/client implementation of this) on and generally don't have a lot of time.

Subtitles have been added

Also various optimizations like renaming, searching for torrents, Performance Mode which is automatically selected when only Intel HD Graphics is detected (can be switched in settings) which helps with performance. Automatic update are also present, some UI got reworked and updated with new features. Also my typo in class that takes care of Series, is now fixed. Unfortunately that means that old library cache is no longer supported. If you used this app before delete this directory C:\Users\Public\Documents\TVS-Player

Everything is rewritten from scratch

I just deleted everything and started again with the same ideas, but new techniques, then stopped for few monthes, then deleted everything again and started for one last time.
