Another day, another tool.
Again, based on research previously done on the OpenSWE1R/openswe1r wiki.
This has been confirmed to work by decompressing model-44-b.bin (N64) version after using out_modelblock.py.
Using out_modelblock.py on the uncompressed PC version of the same file gave the exact same result.
I've added the N64 offsets on this wiki page (however, the link is likely to change in the future).
The direct-copy path got little to no testing. So if anyone wants to try this tool, please test that feature.
