新增train_log.py日志工具文件，实现训练过程数据写入保存功能，能够记录训练轮次、平均奖励等核心训练数据，同时配备日志清空功能，方便整理训练记录，便于后期查看训练趋势与收敛效果。
经过了什么样的测试?
操作系统：Windows 11
Python 版本：3.10
基础校验：代码无语法报错，文件可正常导入调用
运行效果（动图、视频、图片、链接等）
本地测试可正常生成日志文本文件，数据写入稳定，清空日志功能运行正常，可无缝对接主训练程序使用。
