新建了
config.py，将环境设置、PPO算法超参数、模型保存路径等配置集中管理，方便后续调整和维护，避免硬编码。经过了什么样的测试?
运行效果（动图、视频、图片、链接等）
本地已测试配置文件可被主程序正常导入，参数读取无误，训练流程可正常启动。
