htmlproofer was failing because the site builds with baseurl /engineering-blog but the PR workflow built into _site/ root. Add configure-pages step and build into _site/engineering-blog/ so internal links resolve correctly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
