Update Secrets_Management_Cheat_Sheet.md
- LinqToAD is obsolete and has been removed
- LinqToLDAP updated
- OWASP Java Encoder Project included

This changes should really be validated !

minor changes (spelling, grammar) in

  • secrets management cheat sheet
  • DOM-based XSS Prevention Cheat Sheet

sorry for pushing them late - i just learnt, i forgot this the last time

updating LDAP injection prevention cheat sheet- this shoult really be validated !
