Motivation and Context
There are a few security alerts that require jest and axios to be upgraded
What has changed
Upgraded jest and axios.
Added an exclusion file for the package audit. There are moderate security advisories for react-router-dom but this requires major work to move from react 17 to react 18. The exclusion file will stop every PR failing the package audit in the meantime.
How to test?
Check that it still builds and everything still works.
