Automatic retirement of @orivej-nixos

This is an automated PR to retire @orivej-nixos as a Nixpkgs committer because they have not used their commit access in the past year.

This is one of the cases mentioned in #73 (comment), where the retirement script does not count squash and rebase merges from ~ the first half of the year. There was 1 of these in March. Orivej's maintainer entry in Nixpkgs has also recently been removed due to inactivity, thus we should just proceed here as written in the PR description.
