Wine 9.17 + stability fixes 🍷

New build based on Wine 9.17 with a slightly trimmed patchset in order to fix instability from last builds.

Changelogs:

  • Fixed a bug where osu! would be locked at 60hz on Wayland for AMD/Intel users
  • Added WINE_ENABLE_ABS_TABLET_HACK=2 to use experimental OTD absolute mode support in Wine
  • A few patches automatically increasing Wine's process priority and trying to fix the rounding error bug

That's pretty much it. Patches at wine-osu-patches as usual. Enjoy! 🏄🏻
