Patch release for linked project resolution and agent setup.

Fix dotted project names in global config, including recovery for configs already corrupted by nested YAML keys
Make linked-project lookup deterministic so anvil work chooses the correct project slug
Move the bundled agent instructions to anvil-agent/SKILL.md
Install the agent skill for Codex CLI as well as Claude Code
Remove the old .ai planning directory
