[ANY] Client limiter Fix [V 1.1]

Description

Sourcemod plugin which kick players who are trying to connect to a server with a client limit set up by someone.

Cvars

• sm_clientLimiter_maxplayers "20" (Default: "20" - Maximum number of players that the server should have.)

• V 1.1 (27 july 2017) : Updated the name of the plugin, cvars. Translations added. Comments added.
• V 1.2 (03 august 2017) : Fixed the error that was making the plugin not working.
