Improvements for NVSceneCapturer

-BugFix: #16 -- Clear the bNeedToExportScene flag after each time we captured and exported the scene to make TimeBetweenSceneCapture work. -Enable feature requested in: #13 -- check for actors in the array IgnoreActors
