The output plot file naming has been updated. In this update, the
validation times in spcoutlook
plotting jobs are also separated according to the general rules of EVS.

I noticed something else in the graphics names. The threshold should be attached to the statistics score.

I think the threshold attached to the variable name is more readable.
But since it is the EVS naming rule, I will change it.

Since the restart section in the stat generation jobs have been modified, the restart of stat jobs should be tested again for this PR
For the plots, run following 31day and 90 day jobs
