Ran:
npm updatenpm audit fixnpm audit fix --forceThen regenerated files to test. Visually sound, tested locally in downstream deployments of both moodle and wp and worked fine there too with no visual errors seen. Moodle submenu opening bug appears to have been fixed with this update as well.
