Apply pylint CI to all ADF files under "lib". - #492

This PR updates the pylint CI to now check all files under the
libdirectory (excluding those underlib/externalswhich are not officially part of the ADF).This is an improvement over the original CI script, which only analyzed a subset of core ADF files.
