Add icechunk / virtualizarr to pangeo-notebook 2025.08.14

Builds off of #42 but with a newer base image so that the zarr and xarray are new enough to support virtualizarr >= 2.0.0

We can try out this image in vedahub by using a custom image pointing to public.ecr.aws/nasa-veda/pangeo-notebook-veda-image:99df0220fb79

Ok now I pinned geoviews slightly higher and ran all the notebooks

🤔 the files look good to me, including the test, the image url you posted failed to load for me though. Also do we need @maxrjones to sign off on this since ODD requested these libraries?

Ah works if you use public.ecr.aws/nasa-veda/pangeo-notebook-veda-image:b529f655bc33 (longer hash code)

I also tested the Zarr Workshop 01 notebook works with this image.

Ooops sorry about that @wildintellect and thanks for running the workshop notebook as an additional test. I added a few cells to the test notebook that exercise very similar functionality.
