VideoProfile: No window! "errors" #1018

MythTV Version : v35-Pre-331-g41b921c949-dirty
Not very current, and I have no idea why it's marked dirty, but this has been happening for years.

Every transcode, commflag, and previewgen throws these:

From a user perspective, it doesn't seem to be an error, but it does give a false clue when troubleshooting.

Assuming it's not really a problem it probably should be an info at best.

That log is from d293032 on 23 December 2020.
Perhaps a check for
gCoreContext->IsFrontend()should be added beforemythtv/mythtv/libs/libmythtv/mythvideoprofile.cpp

I implemented the suggestion by @ulmus-scott and tested. The annoying error log messages are eliminated for mythcommflag.log and mythpreviewgen.log. My system doesn't do any transcoding, but it should be removed from there, as well.
