Fix #500 :Added scroll and page loading progress bars for better UX

Summary

This PR adds visual progress indicators to improve user experience during navigation and scrolling.

Implemented a scroll progress bar that visually tracks how much of the page has been read.

Integrated NProgress for route transitions, giving feedback during page loads.

Styled both progress bars with coffee-inspired theme colors for consistency with the app’s branding.

Fixes # 500

Testing

Verified scroll progress bar responds accurately to page scroll events.

Checked that NProgress loads correctly on route changes.

Tested across multiple pages (/home, /shop, /recipes) to confirm consistent behavior.

Confirmed no new console warnings or errors.
