• Adding the Contoso Service scenarios for Contracts and Service Orders
• Adding the basic starting scenario for the Jobs Basic scenario (no WIP)
• Splicing the Service scenario into the intro, but not jobs

Since the Jobs & Service areas are new and require additional review, TOC is unmodified in this PR
