very pretty interactive plots. I don't fully understand fitness here. What is the fitness score of an individual and how do you obtain it?
I don't understand what the algorithm does exactly. Does it update the position of the slime mould, depending on if there is a food close by? So the algorithm checks if there is a lot of food nearby, the slime mold acts normal, but if food is scarce it aggregates to a slug form?
It's a bit complicated, adding a short and simple step by step of what is being done in the notebook would be helpful.
