I build digital communications that have to work — not just look good in preview, but actually render correctly across every email client, platform, and device your audience uses. Accessibly, and at enterprise scale.

I've been at Computershare Communication Services since 2017. As the company's sole HTML email developer through my build years, I coded every US email template from scratch; today I'm the senior email developer and point person for all digital communications — training the team and leading email development across a platform that delivers 550 million communications annually to 10,000+ organizations in regulated financial services, utilities, and wealth management.

My day-to-day spans four disciplines at once:

• HTML Email Development — 40+ original templates, 100+ platform deployments across HTML/text, XML, and Quadient. Full cross-client compliance: Outlook 2010–365, OWA, Gmail, Apple Mail, iOS Mail — plus dark-mode optimization.
• Dynamic Content & Data — Handlebars-style merge tags and CSV-sourced data points, plus XML conditional logic that branches content by document type (loan, statement, notice) and masks sensitive data such as account numbers, so a single template personalizes at scale.
• Quadient Inspire CCM — Implement approved concept designs into the Quadient Inspire Suite for multi-channel transactional document output (print, PDF, digital).
• Microsite Development — Bootstrap and Quadient-built shareholder voting microsites for annual proxy season, supporting 75M+ global investor records; I also extend and improve inherited legacy microsite templates.

Accessibility is a build standard for me, not an afterthought — semantic structure, alt text, sufficient contrast, and colorblind-safe palettes on every send.

The hardest part of this work is always Outlook rendering. I serve as the primary cross-client rendering consultant for concept designers — figuring out what will and won't render before anything goes to production.

When the Quadient CCM platform wasn't ready for proxy season, I hand-coded 5 Bootstrap shareholder voting microsites from scratch under a compliance-critical deadline. That season achieved record shareholder participation rates. The program is now a permanent annual deliverable produced across Quadient Inspire, Bootstrap, and a legacy internal platform every year.
