Release: MathGov Core Release 2026.09 v12.5 / SGP v8.4 - Configuration-Bound Assurance Public Research Source Release
Status: reader-support index. If this file conflicts with the RippleLogic Canon, SGP, or a compact standard, the controlling source governs.
This file gives first-time readers a compact way to decode MathGov terms, RippleLogic gate names, SGP terms, maturity labels, and release-boundary language. It is not a new standard, not a sixth gate, and not a substitute for the Canon or SGP.
| Term | Meaning | Status |
|---|---|---|
| MathGov | The umbrella ethical-governance framework. | Framework name. |
| RippleLogic | The decision architecture and operating methodology inside MathGov. | Decision architecture. |

| MPS | Moral Patienthood Surface: theory-plural evidence band and interval for welfare-bearing experience. | Protection evidence; not exact moral worth. |
| FPP | Full Protection Plateau: constitutional or governed non-downgrade rights-of-protection status. | Does not imply authority or CMIU membership. |
| GPR | Governance Participation Readiness for direct, supported, or represented participation. | Cannot reduce protection. |
| SPR | Stewardship/Power Readiness for a named consequential role under role-specific gates. | Not a general supremacy score. |
| ICP | Intelligence Capacity Profile covering learning, generalization, grounding, causal reasoning, planning, metacognition, robustness, and efficiency. | Informative competence profile; not sentience. |
| CMIU | Collective Managing Intelligence Union: Canon-defined governance-coordination view within U6. | Membership/roles require governance rules; not granted by FPP or MPS. |
| AIU | All-Encompassing Infinite Union (AIU). Horizon orientation and meta-union language. | Not a Tier 1-3 scoring object. |
| Material obligation | A control, review, intervention, appeal, monitoring, repair, communication, or requalification duty on which admissibility, selectability, execution, or remedy materially depends. | Recorded through Responsibility Continuity and CSV; a declaration or named owner alone is insufficient. |
| Human compensation load | Undocumented or under-specified human judgment, exception handling, reconciliation, memory, relationship work, recovery work, or weak-signal detection that materially preserves system functioning. | A CSV structural-dependency diagnostic; not a claim that all human adaptation is defective. |
| Union Scope | A stakeholder or affected-union lens used to identify who or what is affected by a decision. | Decision-mapping concept. |
| PCC | Public Checkpoint / Participatory Calibration and Correction record, depending on context. In this release, use the local file context to determine the exact expansion. | Audit/recordkeeping surface. |
| Acronym | Expansion | Function |
|---|---|---|
| RG | Reality Grounding | State what is known, unknown, evidenced, assumed, and claimable. |
| RSG | Reality Support Gate | Formal shorthand linked to Reality Grounding claim support. |
| RF | Rights Floor | Public rights-protection layer. |
| NCRC | Non-Compensatory Rights Constraint | Formal predicate implementing the Rights Floor. Rights failures cannot be rescued by welfare score. |
| TRC | Tail-Risk Constraint | Catastrophic, irreversible, ruinous, lock-in, or severe downside constraint. |
| CSV | Containment and Structural Viability | Tests whether the option can structurally stand with harms contained, routed, monitored, bounded, and controlled. |
| RLS | RippleLogic Score | Residual welfare-ranking layer applied only after options survive RG/RF/TRC/CSV qualification. |
Public cascade: RG -> RF -> TRC -> CSV -> RLS
Formal shorthand: RG/RSG -> RF/NCRC -> TRC -> CSV -> RLS
| Phrase | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Qualify options | Phase 1. RG, RF/NCRC, TRC, and CSV decide whether an option may enter the selectable set. |
| Rank survivors | Phase 2. RLS ranks only options that survive qualification. |
| No RLS rescue | A high welfare score cannot rescue an option that failed Reality Grounding, RF/NCRC, TRC, or CSV. |
| Term | Meaning | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| PC-AEP | Physical/Causal Admissibility Evidence Profile. | Compact evidence profile inside RG and CSV for material physical or causal action. Not a sixth gate. |
| candidate_generation_source | The model, optimizer, planner, simulator, controller, human procedure, dataset, or workflow that generated the candidate. | Does not prove admissibility by itself. |
| admissibility_warrant_source | The domain method or authority surface used to evaluate whether the candidate is admissible. | Must be distinct from mere candidate generation unless non-circularity is disclosed. |
| validity_domain | The conditions, scale, environment, population, time horizon, and operating range in which a claim is asserted. | Outside this domain, the claim weakens or fails. |
| boundary_conditions | Initial, environmental, operational, legal, resource, dependency, and interface constraints. | Must be visible for material claims. |
| residual_unknowns | Material unknowns remaining after review. | May require narrow, control, redesign, escalate, or refuse. |
| monitoring_and_shutoff_path | How the action is observed, interrupted, rolled back, sandboxed, contained, or stopped if assumptions fail. | Required for high-stakes physical/causal action. |
PC-AEP status values include PCAE_SUPPORTED, PCAE_ASSUMPTION_BOUND, PCAE_PARTIAL, PCAE_CONTESTED, PCAE_UNKNOWN, PCAE_VERIFICATION_REQUIRED, PCAE_CONTROL_REQUIRED, PCAE_REDESIGN_REQUIRED, and PCAE_REFUSE_OR_BLOCK.
Physical execution claim ladder values include PHYSICAL_ADMISSIBILITY_SUPPORTED, GOVERNANCE_PERMISSION_ONLY, PHYSICAL_ADMISSIBILITY_NOT_ESTABLISHED, and PHYSICAL_ADMISSIBILITY_CONTRAINDICATED.
| Acronym or term | Meaning | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| SC-Int | Source-Coupling Integrity. | Diagnostic inside RG and CSV for capability-source traceability. Do not abbreviate as SCI in this release. |
| SourceCouplingRecord | Record of claimed capability, source evidence, enabling conditions, boundaries, inherited assumptions, compensating controls, and action. | Audit support, not a sixth gate. |
| SOURCE_COUPLED | Source evidence and capability claim remain properly coupled inside stated limits. | Still must pass other gates. |
| SOURCE_DEBT_RISK | The claim depends on weak, inherited, circular, or inadequately coupled source evidence. | May require narrow, control, redesign, escalate, or refuse. |
| MFDI | Methodological Falsifiability and Dependency Integrity Standard. | Claim-type discrimination, falsification/revision triggers, alternatives, dependency rerun scope. Not a sixth gate. |
| Term | Meaning | Guardrail |
|---|---|---|
| Plateau | Full shared constitutional standing at 100/100 or 1.00 under governed assignment. | Not a prestige gradient. |
| Human Plateau Rule | Current SGP rule assigning all human persons full plateau status by normative commitment. | Does not prove human moral perfection or supremacy. |
| CMIU | Collective Managing Intelligence Union; the participation and coordination view used within U6. | It overlaps with, but does not replace, the Humanity view. Protection and participation standing do not automatically confer governance authority. |
Public guardrail: Every human person holds FPP-100; humanity collectively is the provisional current RMCP-P100 reference calibration anchor. FPP-100 is non-downgradable protection. RMCP-P100 is an open capacity plateau, not moral supremacy or authority. Other biological, digital, hybrid, collective, or extraterrestrial intelligences may reach or already occupy it under admissible evidence.
| Term | Meaning | Non-claim |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1-3 source-ready | The package is ready as a documentation/source framework for review, study, worked-run learning, and pilot design. | Not empirical validation or deployment certification. |
| ProofPack | Future machine-verifiable package with schemas, validators, replay artifacts, and reference calculations. | Not included in this release. |
| Reference calculator | Future implementation that computes specified surfaces reproducibly. | The Aligners Sheet is not this. |
| Worked-run exemplar | A training/example artifact showing how a run can be structured. | Not a validator and not deterministic selection authority. |
| Empirical validation | Published or registered evidence that users can apply the framework reliably and that claims hold under test. | Not claimed now. |
| Legal certification | Formal legal approval or compliance certification. | Not claimed now. |
| Deployment certification | Certification that a real system is safe to deploy. | Not claimed now. |
| Automated moral truth | The idea that the framework computes moral truth by itself. | Explicitly not claimed. |
- Ground reality.
- Protect rights.
- Bound ruin.
- Preserve the structure.
- Score the ripples.
- Update when wrong.
Shortest operational rule: qualify first, rank second.
SG_norm, SG_patient_norm, SG_measured_norm, the A/B/C minimum scalar, and automatic plateau-to-CMIU coupling are deprecated v7.x fields. They may appear only in version-pinned historical records and are not equivalent to v8.1 MPS, FPP, GPR, SPR, ICP, RMCP, or P100.
An informative, multidimensional SGP v8.4 profile of reality-grounded modelling, cumulative knowledge, coordination, intervention breadth, cross-scale consequence tracking, and Recursive Union Awareness. RMCP is not sentience, moral worth, FPP, wise performance, or authority.
The open top-band designation for functional equivalence to or greater integrated reality-management capacity than the current human collective calibration anchor. P100 is not a permanent species monopoly, perfection, a metaphysical maximum, or unrestricted power.
The observable ability to represent a self or collective as causally embedded within wider systems, trace consequences across scales, and revise action or rules accordingly. It does not prove metaphysical oneness or require AIU language.
Every human person receives FPP-100 protection; humanity collectively serves as the provisional current RMCP-P100 reference calibration anchor. The two statuses are distinct and neither grants automatic CMIU membership or authority.
- R0_RECORD_COMPLETE: required run-record objects and valid status values are present.
- R1_CASCADE_CONFORMANT: the run follows the five-stage ordering and non-compensation rules.
- R2_INDEPENDENTLY_REPLAYED: a qualified independent implementer reproduced the declared decision state within tolerance.
- Parameter lock: the frozen decision-material evidence cutoff, parameters, reviewers, and amendment rules used before outcome-sensitive ranking.
- Requalification: reopening affected stages after a material change in evidence, scope, parameters, system behavior, or distribution.
WDBIP v1.5 is included as a Canon-subordinate normative implementation companion beneath RLS. ripple.md v5.4 controls its wrapper assurance surface. Run-record schema v3 separates V0 schema validity, V1 semantic conformance, and V2 evidence/use review. The two principal governing sources remain the Canon and SGP.
