A Tupperware ROV
The purpose of this project is to explore methods that can be used throughout subsurface vehicles. This project will provide basic skills in:
Motor Waterproofing/potting
Umbilical Design for Power transmissions and Communications
Waterproofing General skills (i.e. interfacing from control wires to external motors)
Buoyancy and load balancing
Subsurface distance measurement and obstacle avoidance
Top-side controller design
Arduino coding and basic microcontroller use
