• subpar: to 0.5.0 from 0.4.1
• sanisizer: to 0.2.2 from 0.2.1
• irlba: to 3.1.0 from 3.0.1
• umappp: to 3.3.2 from 3.2.0
• knncolle_hnsw: to 0.3.2 from 0.3.0
  • We can remove some patches for MSVC build workarounds

Additionally:

• use openmp to parallelize hnsw search index build instead of custom parallel for loops
• fix umap parallel layout setting usage
• fix some minor warnings
