Create cross-links between parts

In spirit with a wiki, go through all parts and search for references to other parts. Turn them into links to jump between them!

i would love to automate this -
but that could get tricky - as then we need a accurate Naming..

if i find some spare time i can check how complicated this is..
(it is kind of similar to the Abbreviations concept we already have..)

I was thinking the same, as we have abbreviatios. But for me it is fine to write the links by hand. The only thing I realized, is that all links currently need to be prepended with /mks-welcome. If we eventually change this slug, the links will need manual updating.
