📝 Project Description

Our project Tour Guide is an interactive web interface where a user can explore the hidden gems's of Maharashtra and mangificient Tourist spots.This website helps them plan their trips, a handy guide which offers all the information about the places within some clicks and review the places they have visited which will help guide the other people for planning their amazing trips to amazing destinations.

1. Log in and create your account
2. Browse and explore tourists spots in Maharashtra
3. Plan your trips using maps, select the source and destination, choose your mode of transport and you will get the distance and directions to your destination.
4. Search for the places whose guide you want to explore.
5. Add reviews to the places you have already visited.

💻 Technology Stack

• Front-End development using EJS,CSS,Javascript
• Back-End development using Firebase for Authentication and reviews, NodeJS, MongoDB database
• Mapbox Map and Directions API

🔧 Usage

• Firstly the home page will open up where you will get to see different sections.
• Clicking on 'Discover More' in header will lead you to explore different tourists spots in Maharashtra. You can also explore this section by clicking on places in the Navigation bar.
• Click on any of the category which you want to explore and you will be directed to the tourist place of your choice.
• In the Plan Now section you can follow the instructions given in the home page and accordingly work with the maps and navigation of that section.
• You can also search for the places you want in the search bar at the bottom.
• In the review section you can read the reviews of other people and also add your review by clicking at the button at the bottopm of the page
• From the contact us section feel free to drop any message for us :)

🔮 Future Scope

• We are focusing on to provide more information about the tourist place and include more tourist attraction places in it.
• We will try to provide details about the reviews and ratings of the tourist place.
