tango2-25.10

This release includes initial codes for functions to be supported in TANGO2 with following folder structure:

• Data Augmentation
• Deployment
• GenAI_Platform
• Learning
• SDF (Software Defined Farm)
• SDM (Software Defined Medicine)
• SDS (Software Defined Ship)

The folder structure might be changed according to the further requirements and demands.
