Hi, I’m Astride Melvin Fokam Ninyim 👋🏾

I’m a Google DeepMind Scholar, Data Scientist, and AI Innovator (AI for Science, Stellenbosch University & AIMS South Africa, 2025). My work blends Machine learning, NLP, Computer vision, Quantum computing and Robotics, focusing on building AI solutions that drive real-world impact.

As COO of SYNTHI-AI, I develop innovative projects in agritech and climate-focused tech, from predictive models to sustainable systems. I’m passionate about teaching machine learning through hands-on projects and advocating for climate change solutions and digital inclusion across Africa.
