一般来说是不需要的，cargo.toml 优先级更高，会把 .lock 在编译的时候修改掉的 |

结果就是之后所有人都要更新一遍 lock 再 commit... |

indicatif 1.16 版本版本依赖写的有问题，导致写在依赖里的 console 会导致编译失败，需要将版本修改成 0.16
