Add single ordered & concatenated file in dist folder + declare it as a bower package

I really apreciated your work. Maybe you could ease its sharing by declaring it a bower package ?

Here is the command but I can do it for you if you want :
bower register jsqrcode git://github.com/LazarSoft/jsqrcode.git

More info here http://bower.io (I'm not working for them lol)
