mbf-agent split into mbf-agent-core and mbf-agent-runnable.

Ideally, mbf-agent could be split into features for patching, downgrading and axml parsing to allow further granularity. Eventually, this could serve to make mbf-agent-lib or libmbf-agent.so as a tool for Quest mods to query and/or install mods at runtime, given that all permissions required are available.

I tried splitting by features but it seems everything is more tightly coupled than I assumed, thereby making feature splitting a bigger problem to tackle.

This seems actually super useful.
Being able to use the library to install mods from within game being the same code base seems like a no-brainer
