This adds a link to the recently compiled
lasytutorial to both github and to the documentation on readthedocs. Addresses #353Additionally, the
READMEhas been reshuffled to push the installation instructions further up the page. Also, specific instructions have been added to allow users to install the most up-to-date version of the code rather than the last official releaseFinally, the
laser_utils.pymodule has been added to the readthedocs.
