Add Slovak (sk) language translation

Context

Add complete Slovak language support to Kilo Code extension and WebView UI, enabling Slovak-speaking users to use the application in their native language.

Implementation

• Added Slovak translation files for core extension (src/i18n/locales/sk/)
• Added Slovak translation for VSCode package manifest (src/package.nls.sk.json)
• Added complete Slovak translation for WebView UI (webview-ui/src/i18n/locales/sk/)
• Updated kiloLanguages.ts to register Slovak language support in both packages/types and src/shared

All translations follow the project's translation guidelines with informal tone and proper terminology handling.

How to Test

1. Install the extension with these changes
2. Open VS Code settings
3. Search for "Display Language"
4. Select "Slovak" from the language dropdown
5. Restart VS Code
6. Verify that the UI is displayed in Slovak
