Art Pad 1.4.0

Now has the option to have no title bar. This is set in Edit Key Configuration | Appearance. The choices are Default and Minimal. Since with Minimal there is no way do the things like move, minimize, and exit, equivalents to these appear in the context menu.

To install:
Create a directory somewhere on your computer.
Unzip the files to that directory and run the EXE file.
Delete these files to uninstall.

Art Pad 1.2.1

Various minor fixes. How has Overview Online. The older Overview option uses stuff designed for Internet Explorer. Some external links will not work with this as Internet Explorer is old technology. The Online one should work in most browsers.

To install:
Create a directory somewhere on your computer.
Unzip the files to that directory and run the EXE file.
Delete these files to uninstall.

Minor changes. Sample Configurations has been updated.

If you are installing from a download, just unzip the files into a directory somewhere convenient. Then run it from there. If you are installing from a build, copy these files and directories from the bin/Release directory to a convenient directory.

To uninstall, just delete these files.

ArtPad 1.1.0

Added the ability to check if ArtPad and the associated application are Topmost and to set ArtPad to be Topmost and/or set the application to not be Topmost. This helps resolve issues with ArtPad not staying on top of the application.
