I strongly suspect that any CI failure here will be completely spurious. |
The way releases work is …strange. It seems likely better to just grab the latest direct from the source.
Two new capabilities and some description format fiddling.

Looks good to me. Some minor questions/nitpicks, but could also be merged as-is.
